Directions To Chassigneux when travelling South on the A77
Coming from Paris – A77 towards the south. Exit the A77 at Junction 36 and take the N81 south following signs for Decize. (Please note that it is 70Kms from the Junction to Chassigneux)
When you reach Decize stay on the N81 and follow the signs for Autun. Once you exit Decize continue on the N81, again following the signs for Autun/Luzy. As you arrive in the outskirts of Luzy, follow signs for the D973 towards Bourbon-Lancy, after 3kms take the D25 to Issy L’eveque.
Arriving in Issy L’eveque you will reach a Y junction with the Hôtel des Voyageurs on the right and La Post on the left, take the D141 Route de Montmort.
After 4kms on this road you will reach a junction with the hamlet of Corcelles on the left. Turn left in here and follow the road until you pass our neighbouring farm. From the farm you will see the Gite and our house another few minutes down the hill. There is a gravel driveway to the side of the gite for your use.
Or Alternately, South on the A6
If coming south via the A6 from Paris. Take Junction 23 at Semur-en-Auxios.After the peage turn right towards Saulieu the D980.
Continue through the town and continue on the D980 through Chissey-en-Morvan,towards Autun. You will enter through Porte D’Arroux. At the traffic lights on the Avenue de la Republique turn right, pass the railway station,keep right following the signs for Moulins. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout toward Moulins, Luzy is 25kms. from here.
As you enter Luzy, La Poste is on the right go straight along the main street(Rue de la Republique) pass the church on your left, at the junction with the N81 to Nevers take the D973 towards Bourbon-Lancy and follow the above directions.
Please note that taking this route is also 70kms from Junction 23.
